DEAN & DELUCA opened its doors on the most well-known corner in Johnson County in December 1997. The intersection of Roe and 119th Street has become a gastronomic destination.

Our product array, while focusing on the finest international ingredients from around the world, has a decided midwestern twist. Our guests are as passionate about food as we are, and we strive to inform them about what drives us to offer each product, why our products are superior and how to prepare them.

Our chefs personify the DEAN & DELUCA belief that culinary excellence is the ultimate luxury, offering the complete epicurean experience. The objective has been to produce dishes that are unique to the American heartland. The challenge to our culinary team is to put a modern twist on traditional comfort foods.
