THE CHARLOTTE STORE AND MARKET CAFÉS

The open air design of the New York store came to Phillips Place in Charlotte when DEAN & DELUCA opened its market. The only one of its kind in the city, the Charlotte store encourages browsers to get up close and fully enjoy the shopping experience. Food enthusiasts, from novice to professional, revel in the selection and the expert cooking advice available in every department.

The prepared food counter reflects DEAN & DELUCA’s emphasis on international dishes, while drawing attention to the store’s location in a town rich with regional cuisine. Look for innovative takes on classical French dishes, traditional with a twist. Across the street from the store is the new DEAN & DELUCA Wine Room, a recent addition that offers customers an unparalleled selection of California wines.

Located in the Stonecrest Shopping Center at Piper Glen in the popular Ballantyne area of Charlotte, and at 201 South Tryon Street in the heart of the Uptown area, are our latest introductions. The DEAN & DELUCA Market cafés have a personality all their own. It starts at 7:00 am with coffee and a danish on the way to work. Take lunch to go, or relax outside with a bottle of wine and a baguette. End the day with a white chocolate quiche and a cup of our house roasted Charlotte blend coffee. The cafés offer call-ahead service for those on a tight schedule.

CHARLOTTE WINE ROOM

Just five minutes from the center city in the Southpark neighborhood is Charlotte’s ultimate tasting experience, DEAN & DELUCA’s Wine Room. Here we serve North Carolina’s greatest selection of California wines, with more than 80 different wines by the glass and 1000 by the bottle. We also feature small production, hand-crafted vintages, many exclusive to DEAN & DELUCA.

Enjoy your wine in our non-smoking, elegant setting or on “Charlotte’s Best Patio” where we also offer our delicious tapas menu daily and freshly-prepared sushi Tuesdays through Saturday, with live music every Saturday night.
