Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges.

We are confident you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, you may return it for a replacement, gift card or refund. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.
1. Complete this form and enclose it with the product(s) to be returned.
2. When returning product(s), please wrap them in sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.
3. Return the package to the address below via your preferred delivery method. Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package.
4. Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
5. Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday periods.
6. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used at time of purchase. Orders placed by gift card, check or money order will be refunded to a gift card.
7. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.
8. Retail purchases without a receipt will be refunded store credit only.

Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request; however, if the order has begun its journey through the shipping process, it cannot be canceled or revised. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return of any non-perishable items (please see the return policy).
