Add a kick to fish, sandwiches and dips1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chopped jalapeños
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Blend ingredients together. Season to taste.
You can make this with homemade mayonnaise or with a good bottled version. Serve alongside fish and vegetables. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
