The Hors d'oeuvres were spectacular. This is the first time I have tried them and everyone loved them. Not all take the same time to bake. Cooking times range from 30 down to 10 minutes. The key is to stagger the cooking times. Follow the cooking directions on each one. If timed properly, all of them will be wonderful

These are excellent, but be aware that they require different cooking times. At the listed 400F, the phyllo needs 9 minutes or so, the crisps 12-ish, the flatbread 13-14 and the seafood thermidor ~20. The thermidor especially needs to blow off some moisture or else it's runny & flavors are not fully developed. This makes them a little more effort to prepare, but they're very tasty when sufficiently cooked. A little more attention to these details in the instructions would be a nice addition.
