We belong to a 'wine club' and the theme of this dinner was 'french cuisine'. I felt very fortunate to find my appetizer at Dean and DeLuca - that being escargot! I had never prepared it - so it was a first try for me! Needless to say they were delicious. Everyone at the dinner absolutely enjoyed eating my appetizer. I would definitely purchase this product again - and so would our friends in the wine club! Thankyou for an excellent product and your very good mail service~
