I bought these for one of my "cookie monster" friends. She said that she loved them so much that she hid them in her refrigerator so that the rest of the party couldn't get to them. I thought they were way too sweet for my taste.

This was a Father's Day gift for my 94-year old dad who is very much a B/W cookie lover. He is close to impossible to please. But, he was extremely pleased with the cookies and also with the packaging. Great gift; cannot say enough good things about these cookies.

These were sent as a gift and I'm not sure that the lenghth of time took its toll. They were good, but certainly not worth the price. They were somewhat dry and a bit stale. Good Good Black and Whites are hard to find, and it is difficult to decide if it was the procuct or the sending time. I like D&D and know its quality.

I ordered eight tins as high-end gifts for neighbors. These cookies were quite yummy but they didn't stand out. I could've bought them from my local diner and saved a lot of money.

Service and delivery comments:

Our delivery was prompt but disappointing. Dean and Deluca insisted on 3-day shipping and boy, was that expensive! The tins had shifted in transit and the gel ice packs surrounding the order were uselessly warm. Ascetically, the tins were dented and scratched, and one was even missing the company logo. However, when I called customer service, the representative was cordial and helped take the "sting" out of my disappointment immediately. A complimentary Dean and Deluca gift card arrived about a week later.

Extremely disappointed with such poor quality from Dean & Deluca. You should know better than to send such a bad product out, especially as a gift to anyone. I was embarrassed that I selected such a bad gift to send to my friends.
