Our crisp and savory mini flatbreads are made by hand at a family bakery in Torino, Italy from the same recipe they've been using since 1860. The dough, made with wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, just the right amount of onion and a pinch of salt, is rolled out by hand, then baked in small batches for incomparable results.

DEAN & DELUCA's search for the best "Mini Flatbreads" ends here. The family bakery we have partnered with was started by the current owner's great grandfather in 1860. He passed the art of baking on to all nine of his grandchildren. One of these children opened his own bakery, just 25km from Torinio, Italy, which is the premise the family still works out of today. Ten people carry on the tradition of making these wonderful flatbreads that are rolled by hand and baked in small batches.
