Inspired by traditional North African sausage, Merguez features grass-fed lamb laced with sweet red peppers, harissa, oregano and garlic. Garlic is pasture-raised pork sausage laced with organic garlic, sea salt and crushed black pepper. Kitchen Sink is a nose-to-tail pork sausage flavored with mustard, crushed chiles and herbs.
