Essentially two steaks in one, one side of the Porterhouse is a hearty New York Strip and the other side is a tender Filet. Ours are USDA choice grade angus , wet aged for maximum tenderness, one-inch thick and trimmed to 1/4" fat. This one's for the serious steak lover.
