Whole Smoked Heritage Turkey


  • Reheat for 17 mins per pound
  • Smoked Turkey is completely cooked
  • Reheat only

Cooking Instructions

  1. If turkey is frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  2. Prior to reheating, allow the smoked turkey to sit at room temperature for one hour.
  3. Place the turkey on the rack in a roasting pan. (Optional: Pour stock, cider, or beer into the roasting pan—just enough to cover the bottom.)
  4. Cover the turkey loosely with tin foil and heat to an internal temperature of about 150-155°F in a 300-325°F.
  5. Remove the turkey from the oven and baste the skin with butter and pan drippings.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and return the uncovered turkey to the oven until browned.
