Developed by David Rosengarten and Snake River Farms, this ham is 100 percent Kurobuta pork from the slow-growing pigs that are practically revered by the Japanese. Each ham is given a brown sugar and spice rub before gently smoked over maple hardwood—just enough to add holiday flavor without overwhelming the inherent "porkiness" of the meat.
