Wet Aged Flank Steak
Our 1/3 choice beef by Meat & Fish Company is wet aged a minimum of 21 days. Our steaks come from completely all natural pasture raised grain finished premium beef raised in the heart land of the Pacific North West. Our Wet Aged Flank Steak is an extremely versatile cut. Whether marinated or not, the cut is well suited for grilling, broiling, flat top or iron skillet cooking, as well as sliced thin for stir fry. Rich in flavor and firm in texture, this steak is best when sliced across the grain to maximize tenderness.
