In Greece, Easter eggs are traditionally dyed red. Inspired by her Greek heritage, Joan Coukos of Chocolat Moderne created her own white chocolate versions. Crimson Red Eggs are filled with caramel, honey and thyme. Red Rose Eggs contain a baklava-inspired blend of walnut praline with milk chocolate, orange zest and sweet spices.
