Chocolate-Covered Cashew Crunch

Chocolate-Covered Cashew Crunch

We were hooked when we heard the name of this tempting confection, but its taste more than convinced us to make this a regular treat. Made with cashews, cream butter, pure sugar and rich chocolate at the Rise 'n Roll Amish Bakery in Indiana, it's completely preservative-free and unlike any candy we've ever sampled. It's crisp like a brittle and buttery like a toffee, but it doesn't stick to teeth—you've gotta love that.
