From pasteurizing their own milk & cream (in-house pasteurized from raw at The Old Dairy in downtown, Santa Barbara), to crafting every one of their ice creams using McConnell's one-of-a-kind Hybrid French Pot. McConnell's Ice Creams are uniquely indulgent, with an incredibly creamy, incomparable texture. Made from the finest local ingredients including grass-grazed, California Central Coast milk & cream, McConnell's Ice Cream Collection includes one pint each of: Churros Con Leche, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Toasted Coconut Almond Chip, Mint Chip, Sweet Cream Ice Cream and Salted Caramel Chip.
