This was a good caviar for the price. It didn't have the firm texture of a more expensive caviar but the flavor was delightful! I put it on a sweeter Blini that really brought out something unexpected.

Even though it was one of the smaller containers, there was plenty for a special night for two spread simply on toast points. Excellent flavor & texture.
