Blue La Peral*
A little lighter on the palate than the Cabrales and Valedon blue cheeses from the same region in northern Spain, La Peral is very creamy and subtly sweet with a tanginess all its own. Made in very small quantities by Heraderos de Antonio Leon, it pairs wonderfully with sherry and many white wines.
