        This cheese has it all. When you eat it you can't help but to smile. It is creamy, and when you chew it the crystalized sugars from the cheese pop in your mouth and then smooth away with each chew. The flavors roll over your tongue and cheeks. This cheese can be served with a chill or room temperature. It is so good I have only eaten it stand alone, as putting it in a salad or sandwich might take away some of the flavor!

          This cheese is delicious - to be honest, I was merely trying to spend a gift card when I bought it, but I would definitely go back for seconds or thirds! The flavor is good enough to eat on its own or on a cracker, and smooth enough to accompany with any variety of extras.
