Comments about Brillat Savarin Cheese:
Subtle and rich at the same time, Brillat Savarin is a truly great invention. Whether at an informal reception or at a full-course dinner, it never fails to attract admiration. Serve it with mild fruit (such as Japanese pear) and baguette.

Discard immediately
By Do not have one
from Estero, Florida
Apparently all the numerous messages and email notes I have sent you have ended up in your circular file! My shipment was a disaster. The cheese was oozing a brown liquid, was shrunken in the center [...] It was discarded immediately. I have asked that my name be removed from your mailing list and that I do not receive any literature from you. I do not intend to ever order from you again. And now you're asking me to write a product review! Get serious.

Triple cream heaven
By dankeshayne

About Me Foodie
I've gone through every triple cream cheese i've been able to find. This one resets the standards... creamy like butter, enticingly rich. Don't you dare put it in a sandwich! This one is best spread on slices of crusty baguette, with a meal of fresh sliced tomatoes, red wine, nuts, and a little green salad. Perfect.

I live alone and often eat cheese and crackers for dinner. This is my favorite on a plain or black pepper water cracker. So Savory and delicious! I gave some to my sister and her family loved it too.

By Mutti

This cheese is absolutely spectacular and it has become a permanent holiday tradition in our family. Serve with fruit and plain crackers as an appetizer or dessert.
