Made from some of the cleanest and creamiest raw milk in Utah, this wonderfully smooth, hand-crafted artisanal cheese has an earthy flavor that reflects the season and the weather in which it was made. Intensely buttery, richly flavored and complex in character, upon first bite it's sweet and fruity, but then warms to a mellow finish.
