The Iberian Cheese plate is comprised of four standout cheeses, each unique. Toledo is a semi-hard cheese made from a blend of cow's, sheep's and goat's milks in Torres Vedras, Portugal. A more modern style of cheese, Toledo's rind is rubbed with paprika, which adds a pleasant spiciness. A nice oven baked flavor up front with hints of chestnut and artichoke, finishes bright and tangy; Gotes Catalanes made from soft, spreadable goat cheese, which is mixed with fresh garlic andparsley and hand rolled into little balls. Deliciously addictive, they are perfect for salads and other quick fix hors d'oeuvres; Pena Gordaa pure goat's milk cheese and Montelarreinamade from sheep's milk complete your cheese board and pair nicely with your favorite Spanish wine.
