These truffles represent to me the height of the chocolatier's art. The combination of cocoa and cucurbitaceae is not new. (Think the best Mexican mole' you've ever eaten) Chef Knipschildt's truffles are very special. All of his truffles have women's names-sort of an 80's affectation- and the pumpkin ones are named Michelle. Dont be detered. Buy these now.

Everyone loves truffles- only these ones have a delicious pumpkin center. I tried these and then had to get them as a gift for my mom. She raved about them for at least 10 minutes! It is a great gift especially given the season as well. Enjoy!
