Fritz Knipschildt has created these dazzling chocolate truffles just for us, made to look like the savory ones dug out of the ground. Made from single-bean chocolates and infused with rich mocha coffee beans. The silken smooth ganache center is hand dipped in Ecuadorian chocolate and rolled in Valrhona cocoa powder. Delicious doesn't do them justice.
