In the remote mountain town of Zaragoza in the south of Mexico there's a small group of farmers who—on September 21—established an independent cooperative of family farms dedicated to the pursuit of qyality coffee and organic agriculture. Their coffee is magnificent; a great Oaxacan coffee, overflowing with chocolate, nut and spice flavors with a touch of fruit and a beautiful vanilla fragrance. Freshly roasted. Whole bean.
