I have purchased some fine quality products from Dean & Deluca, but this is not one of them. I have enjoyed Earl Grey teas daily for many years, and was anticipating a good experience with this tea. Unfortunately, I must agree with another reviewer that this tea has absolutely NO flavor and NO aroma whatsoever. I was stunned when I brewed my first cup! It really did seem as though I was just drinking a cup of hot water, no matter how long I brewed it. I cannot believe that anyone who likes Earl Grey tea, or any tea for that matter, would consider this even remotely drinkable. Earl Grey flavoring is so distinctive, and there was not even a trace to be found here. I regret that I need to give it even one star in order to post this review. Dean & Deluca should not sell this product. If you would like to try an Earl Grey tea from Dean & Deluca, consider their tins of loose tea; both the Earl Grey and the Earl Grey Extra in loose form are quite good.

I love Earl Gray tea,I was so excited to order this teas from D&D.BUT,it doesn't have any flavor or aroma!No bergamot aroma at all.So dissaponted,I don't know if this was some mistake or what.They are not Earl Gray.Gourmet store like D&D,I just had to say something about this.[...].if you like the flavor of Earl gray don't buy this product...bummer...

I highly, highly, highly recommend this tea. It's not too strong or bitter, but just enough flavorful and smooth. It would taste much better if you have this with sweet stuffs such as chocolate and pecan pie.

I never enjoyed Earl Grey tea until I tried this blend. My husband received a box of Dean and Deluca Earl Grey in a gift basket - and since then, I've been hooked! There is no bitterness to this tea. It has a wonderful, smooth taste. I highly recommend it!
