Heating:

We highly recommend that our bread be reheated to revive its fresh-baked qualities. Simply place the loaf directly on the rack in a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool slightly before slicing

Storage:

Because it is made without preservatives, our bread is best enjoyed the day it is received. Your loaf can be stored up to two days at room temperature in the paper bag in which it was shipped. For best results, do not refrigerate – it will change its delicate texture. Freezing is not advised, but if necessary, place the bread in a sealed plastic bag – gently pressing the air out of the bag – and place in the freezer. When you’re ready to enjoy it, just remove from the plastic bag and place the loaf directly on the rack in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Allow the loaf to cool slightly before slicing and serving
