DEAN & DELUCA Black Mustard Seed
DEAN & DELUCA's Black Mustard Seeds require hand harvesting, and are therefore more rare than the yellow variety—and are the preferred variety for Indian cooking. When fried, their flavor is more nutty than hot. Use in curries and lentil dishes, or fry and sprinkle over rice and vegetables. Black mustard seeds add color contrast to light dishes, such as white fish, bread and breadsticks.
