Just a comment : in a mayonnaise, you NEVER use mustard. If you do so, then you may not talk about a mayonnaise, but about a REMOULADE !!!!! Greetings from France

This was a gift for my Father, and he absolutely loves it. He has carried it around and has been reading it off and on ever since I gave it to him. He likes the look of the recipes and looks forward to trying them all. This is a classic keeper!

Perfect and Classic

It doesn't matter whether you are just starting to cook or are already an accomplished one, the is the perfect edition to your cookbook shelf. It is my number one "go to" cookbook and I have over 400.

It is the best cookbook ever

The book is well-written, the recipes make you go around the world while you are in your kitchen. This is a plus for someone like me who enjoy good and fine food, but do not like to cook every day. I have become the "Chef" to my French husband.
