One of the Best

As an Avid cookbook collector, this is one of my favorite cookbooks. There are some terrific recipes and it is fun to go through and find and create meals for entertaining friends and family.

The book is fantastic. There are recipes in it from simple to complex. I have made quite a few things, and never a complaint from anyone. I have to say that the coq a vin is probably the best I have ever had (even if I say so myself) :-)

The Only One You Need

This is simply the best all purpose cookbook in my collection. Well written and easy to understand and follow recipes. Great gift for the new bride or groom. If you love to cook, you have to have it.
