This mustard has multiple uses in vinegarettes--on sandwiches--as a marinade. It is great on its own spread on a piece of artisan bread.

The great thing about this moustard is the flavour. When i saw it i thougth it would be another ancient moustard... but it is not. it was a great surprise for my senses.
