Argentinean is from a recipe for a champagne vinegar marinade made with the herbs and chilies found in the famous Chimichurri Sauce. The Vietnamese Marinade is a mix of chilies, lime juice, mint and cilantro. The Moroccan Marinade combines old world spices with mango and mint, perfect for cooking fruit with meat. And our Wine Country Marinade blends racy Zinfandel with balsamic vinegar, herbs and shallots, great on meat and chicken.
