When we heard that the very best prosciutto in Parma is made by the family company, Pio Tosini, we knew it was the ham we wanted to carry. At Pio Tosini, great care is taken at each stage of production. Select breeds are raised according to the highest nutritional standards, a curing time of more than 500 days ensures incredibly sweet meat with a uniform texture and each ham is trimmed and de-boned by hand. Stand sold separately.
