Locally grown on a small family winery in Calistoga, the olives in this lovely oil were pressed in November 2010 in a Mobile Crushing Truck. From its humble beginnings, the oil went on to win both "Best of Show" and a gold medal at the California Olive Oil Association competition. We love this one for: general cooking, finishing vegetables and grilled meats and fish, fresh salad dressings and marinades.
