Long review time!!!
I bought these macarons as a treat to MYSELF! I first saw them on Gossip Girl, then came across what seemed to be an online fascination of them. They came the next day! I let them come to room temp and savored each one for their individual flavor. You get 24 (2 of each flavor) and below are my reviews for each, based on my taste. In the meantime, ORDER THIS! Taste's vary, but I'm certain you will love this, even if there are some flavors you don't like. None of them are BAD, all of them have that trademark thin crisp outer shell, with a melt in your mouth, moist 'cake' center, followed by the creamy filling. I will be ordering again!!

Vanilla - Ironically, my most favorite of all! I totally agree with one of the posters below. Amidst all of the creative, unique flavors in the box, after tasting the vanilla, I would have been happy with all 24 of them being vanilla. You can see the vanilla bean flecks and the taste is creamy, with a vibrant vanilla/buttercream flavor. Hands down the best IMHO.

Chocolate Mint - I looooove chocolate mint. But didn't quite like this so much. It was ok, almost like chocolate mixed with mint, mixed with a touch of cardboard.

Chocolate - Delicious! No tasteless milk chocolate here. This was dark, dreamy, rich and decadent.

Coffee - Fabulous! Almost tasted of a Starbucks concoction.

Lemon - One of my least favorites. To me the lemon was a bit too tart and sour. Not a very pleasing taste amidst all the creamy deliciousness of the other flavors.

Coconut - Heavenly! Like a slice of coconut cake, but concentrated. It even had little flecks of coconut on top of the macaron.

Earl Grey Tea - Meh, not much flavor, guess it tasted like ..... tea. But an interesting concept.

Passion Fruit - I'm personally not a fan of passion fruit anyway. So I knew before I tasted it that I probably wasn't going to like it much, and when I did it unsurprisingly didn't strike a chord. The flavor is very intense, similar to the lemon.

Raspberry - Fruity, juicy with cute white chocolate (I guess that's it) flecks on the top. Yum!

Rose - WOW! Ranked up there with the vanilla. I had never tasted rose in a dessert. This was amazing!!

Cassis - Kind of a raisin, grape flavor. Not high on the list, but good.

Wedding Almond - Fantastic! The almond compliments the natural almond flavors of the macaron beautifully. Another favorite!

Pistachio - One of the ones I was really looking forward to trying, as its one of the more popular flavors of macarons, and I was a bit disappointed. If I closed my eyes and tasted it, I would have never known it was pistachio. To me it lacked flavor. Not bad, but not good.

I have tried macarons before but was never crazy about them, and I have always preferred chocolate over vanilla.
This battle was won by vanilla. Chocolate macarons are not bad at all, of course, but these vanilla macarons are simply divine.

These Macarons are simply amazing. Even better than some in France! Delicate shells, these are made with the Ital. Meraunge method. YUM!

Perfection in a pastry! These french macaroons makes you feel like you're lounging in a Parisian cafe drinking chai and eating a light yet rich delicious treat. These french macaroons are flavorful, delicious, and they have a great texture. I also love the box they come packaged in! This would make a great gift, or a delicious treat for yourself. A real taste of Paris that is affordable and gourmet!
