French craft distiller Pierre Ferrand and American chocolatier Christopher Norman combined ingredients to create the ultimate confection: handmade truffles made from superb-grade cocoa and 10- to 30-year first growth Cognac. This box contains two varieties. Pierre Ferrand Ambre Truffles feature fresh notes of apricots, peaches, prunes and cinnamon in pure dark cocoa. Pierre Ferrand Reserve and Slection des Anges Truffles are made from a blend of two Cognacs and feature notes of distilled honey, dried roses, vanilla, and spices in rich dark cocoa.
