This Artisan Manchego Cheese D.O. is cured for a minimum of 3 months. Made with raw milk from the Manchega breed of sheep. Our 3-Month Manchego cheese has an intense straw-colored interior and is uniform in shape and texture, characterized by an intense flavor and aroma typical of a high quality cheese, and is surprisingly slightly spicy (don't worry, not too spicy!). The natural rind of the Semi Cured is the first attractive feature of this great cheese, no colorings, dyes or other unnatural additives have been added. This younger, pasteurized selection is great for melting. Serve traditionally with marcona almonds and quince paste.
