What, we wondered, could possibly make Brillat Savarin—an extremely smooth and soft cow's-milk triple-creme cheese—any better. We thought about its creaminess and its slight tartness, and the answer became clear: something sweet, of course. So we packaged up our favorite Brillat, with some Colavolpe-stuffed Figs with almonds, a jar of all-natural Eucalyptus Honey and a jar of Plum Preserves. Serve the cheese on crackers with just a dollop of the honey or jam (or both), and enjoy the amazing interplay of the flavors.
