I'm a dillweed nut and have tried many different brands. The Dean & DeLuca is so fresh and flavorful. A little goes a long way. Perfect in tuna, turkey or chicken salad. My favorite use however is when roasting a whole chicken. You stuff the carcas with onion and garlic, rub down the chicken with olive oil, then generously sprinkle with sea salt, cracked pepper and this beautiful dill weed. Compliments abound every time! A great value for the quality and quanity you get.

The dill weed is so light, I usually funnel it into a shaker-top container with perforations to shake onto fish, etc for easy handling.
