Comments about DEAN & DELUCA Herbs For Poultry:
I added this product to melted butter , then poured the mixture over and inside my Christmas turkey. As it was roasting I basted it with the drippings. I used the left over turkey to make a soup, adding this product for more flavor.

The best for chicken or turkey

About Me Foodie, Health Conscious
I typically wash and dry the chicken, rub it with EVOO, dust a heavy layer of herbs for poultry, salt, pepper and place it on the top rack of the BBQ or the rotisserie at 475 degree for 30 minutes and lower the heat to finish the bird. It is a family and friend favorite

About Me Foodie
I first used this blend for roasting, then began mixing it with flour for coating for fried chicken. The fried chicken was truly a hit! I just received three more cans.

Awesome Rub!
By Mickey G

I found this rub at the SOHO store while living in New York and thought I would do something different to my roasted bird. I love the intense rosemary, it really adds another depth of flavor. One thing to consider..If you are a purist, you may want to use this rub sparingly if you are planning on making a stock.

Roasted Chicken with Herbs a BUNCO hit!
By Molly Lu
from Wichita, KS
The 12 ladies on our monthly BUNCO team take turns hosting the dinner on the game night, and chicken is de rigueur for our group. Searching for a different way to serve the same old bird, I came across DEAN & DELUCA's Herbs for Poultry and found a winner! Mixed with a bit of EVOO and rubbed on the chicken tenderloins for an oven roasting produced a most marvelous main dish that the ladies raved over. Thanks so much for this great blend!
