The best recipe for the Jamaican Jerk Rub: Mix Jamaican Jerk rub with vegetable oil to make a paste (along with garlic salt or powder, sea salt, cracked pepper and onion salt) rub all over salmon and let it marinate in the fridge over night. Then Grill! Yumm!!

THIS RUB IS GREAT FOR CHICKEN AND BEST FOR HOT WINGS. USE THE RUB WITH SEA SALT (no salt in the rub)AND OLIVE OIL AND LEAVE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT OR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE COOKING. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE DIPPIN SAUCE AND ICE COLD BEER AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THE FIRST FOOD TO BE EATEN. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH.
