For Moroccan cooks, a personal mix like curry spices, and just as elusive to deconstruct. Reputed to improve digestion. We're not sure about that. But we do appreciate the exotic North African nuances it gives to beef or lamb. Comes in a large tin that measures 3" diam. x 2" high. USA
