Love to add fresh nutmeg to alot of my dishes. Not just for baking, add a little to potato dishes or for a garnish. Can't say enough about the taste of fresh nutmeg!

the nutmeg has a great scent that always takes me back to the holidays. it's a great hostess/host gift, paired with a micro zester and a bottle of gourmet eggnog. i add this to multiple meals, giving it an earthy sweetness.

I enjoy using the whole nutmeg in the cocoa I make for myself. Grating abit of this fresh nutmeg into the cocoa mixture makes it taste wonderful!
