This is a go to rub whenever I make ribs or a pork roast on the grill! I recently used this when friends were over for dinner. They could not believe how delicious the rub was so I ordered tins for all of my guests!

If you like us have been on the quest for a great rib rub, do give this a try. I had always heard of Dean & Deluca's quality, so I picked this up in a kitchen specialty shop in Florida. We try every rub product out there and also work on our own recipe. This rub has just the right balance of flavor. Not too spicy, not too sweet, just great! We think it is also works well on chicken and steak.

I sometimes just rub this all over the ribs alone or use it in addition to my peach BBQ Sauce, My Client LOVES it!! They live in Chicago and bring it to me here in Cabo San Lucas to the Villa when I can't get home to Sacramento, Ca in time to get more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I tried to copy this flavor, close but not perfect. Will definitely be purchasing this from website. Last time I was able to purchase this was a few years back in Napa Valley, which lead to my unsuccessful attempt at flattery. Would reccomend this rub to impress your guests with your BBQ savvy.

Heard about this rub from a total foodie friend so tried it as rub on St Louis trim pork spare ribs. Let the rubbed ribs rest wrapped in cling wrap in refrig overnight prior to mesquite smoking at 250 for 5 hours next day. We like dry ribs so sprinkled more of the rub on ribs prior to serving. Found the flavor of this rub very complimentary on pork. Played to large group with rave reviews. I'm ordering more.

My husband and I really like a rib rub that does not have real strong overwelming spices. This rib rib is wonderful just the right amount of spice to add flavor and allow the meat flavor to come through. Will buy this time and time again!
