DEAN & DELUCA Summer Savory

DEAN & DELUCA's Summer Savory has a spicy flavor with a peppery prickle. Use to liven up bean and lentil soups; add to marinades and rubs for roasted pork and fowl; beat with olive oil and lemon juice into a lively vinaigrette; sprinkle a pinch into your next cheese omelet. Comes in a large tin that measures 3" diam. x 2" high.

Comments about DEAN & DELUCA Summer Savory:

Summer Savoury is a fantastic all-purpose herb not commonly available either in seeds or plant from garden centers or on grocers' shelves. Dean & Deluca make it available year-round and always in their signature metal package. Try rolling a small goat cheese in this herb, then slicing it into rounds and serving with a little olive oil on French bread. Buy at least two so you will always have a welcome hostess gift at hand!
