The Cyprus Flake salt is mild and the suprise is the texture! The mild flavor, combined with slight cruncb, cyprus flakes enhance your meal.

This salt brings out the flavor of food instead of just making it "salty". I am a salt fanatic; I salt my pizza for goodness sake! And D & D's Himalayan Pink Salt is the BEST! It's great for savory dishes (veggies, fish, casseroles). I highly recommend it for after preparation as the flavor of the salt is more detectable. It's a softer salt rather than a tangy brine flavor. It's like comparing Chicken Broth to Chicken Stock. One is just plain salty and the other is actually flavorful. Well, this salt would the "chicken stock"! It's just lovely and worth every penny, even on a tight budget!
