This was a great gift...I got a gift certificate and that is what I used for. However, [...] would hesitate to recommend it to a friend due to high cost. The salts are unique though. The french salt is amazing on roasted red potatoes. I really like the Cyrus flakes which are very unusual.

I purchased this product for a friend and kept two of the four. I have used them in my cooking and keep them in their original package on my counter. I can't believe the difference between regular table salt and these. I won't go back to the other!

I gave the salt to my son-in-law who is a great cook and he was so excited with his gift. We used the flake salt in softened butter and mixed well to serve on croisants and toast....it was delicious and the flakes would sort of crack when spread...really fine!!!!

i used the Cypress Flake Salt in homemade ice cream. the flakes dissolved wonderfully and added a great flavor to the treat.

i plan on using the Himalayan Salt in chocolate bark for the holidays

We entertain a lot and everyone always comments on the salt, I use it in receipes and then always have some out for those who would like more. People want to know where I got it and were they can get it, especially the cypress flakes.
