This is a delicious rub that makes pork tenderloins flavorful and keeps them fairly succulent. Sophisticated enough for company yet our young kids love it. This little can is what keeps us coming back to Dean & Deluca - a small, simple dose of luxury for the hectic life of a parent. Stands up to the grill just as it does the frying pan/oven. Just remember to season the meat with salt first!

I have been in love with this rub since my mom got me a variety of D&D rubs, the mini size, this one stands out to me because of the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

It also works with beef and venison, love it!

i like using it on my pork roast, i dip the roast in my special juice and then use the rub, marinate for a few hours and then bar-b-que very slowly, constantly flipping over. i use indirect heat, then when almost done, i do the direct heat. i do not like propane. coals are the best with some different wood chips, depending on the meat i am cooking. excellent taste and flavor.
