This large-grained, golden amber caviar from farmed River Beluga Sturgeon has a crisp, firm texture, and a clean, slightly briny flavor. One of the more exceptional caviars we have tried, we particularly like this one served simply with lightly buttered toast points, or with blinis and a touch of crème fraîche.
