Robiola due Latti, a classic two-,milk Robiola is made with pasteurized sheep and cow's milk - from the Piedmont region it has a full lactic flavor reminiscent of the finest soft ripened cheese. And the Cacio Al Tartufo, a 100% raw sheep's milk cheese from Tuscany. The Cacio Al Tartufo is soft pasted with a mild milky flavor and a veil of truffle aroma.
