My order was just delivered this evening so I popped the pot pie in the oven. It couldn't be easier, just remove packaging and place in the oven. Less than an hour later it was ready and SO GOOD!!!!! I will be ordering more immediately!

The pot pie was very delicious, but it was lacking in substance. The filling was very soupy, I think this caused the bottom of the crust to be very soggy. I had guests over for dinner when I made it, we were still hungry and ended up going out for dinner.

Got as gift, was looking forward to eating. Bottom crust mushy, side crusts tough. One piece of chicken per pie, one carrot, not many more other vegetables. Tasty sauce, not much substance.

This is great especially for winter and is good to send as a "grief gift" or perhaps a gift when someone has just had a baby. It's good comfort food and tastes homemade, but comes right out of the freezer and into the oven.

The first time I got these as a gift in the mail, and the shipment was perfect. When I ordered them for myself they came unfrozen and the pies were "melted". Customer service was great and replaced them for me, again they came unfrozen, not "melted" this time though, I gave up and ate them, they were fine.

A thoughtful gift for elderly or anyone who doesn't get a home cooked meal often.

UPS delivery was inflexible. If there isn't going to be someone home 24/7 - it is difficult to send a perishable gift like this. Wish you would use a delivery service with Saturday deliver.

However, the customer service reps were amazing when I called Dean & Deluca for help. Thank you for such stellar customer service - I will definately order again!

Pie crust on top was too thick and was mushy even after putting back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

I was looking forward to eating the Chicken Pot Pie, but the cook times were incorrect and the pie got dried out. Actually Stoffers or Marie Calendar make a better prepared Chicken Pot Pie.
